Scope of services
KK IT provides software development, SEO/GEO/AEO consulting, AI automation and related services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline are governed by the signed project contract between both parties.
Quote wizard estimates
The automated quote tool on this site provides an initial range estimate only and does not constitute a final quote. Actual pricing follows the written quote provided after discussion.
Intellectual property
For one-off development projects: all source code belongs to the client (after acceptance and payment). For the monthly App subscription: source code is managed by us during the contract term; the client may opt to buy out the code after the contract ends.
Third-party services
Third-party services we use (e.g. AWS, Cloudflare, Stripe, WhatsApp Business API) are bound by their own terms of service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
